The questions buyers actually ask.

Do failed runs really not count?
Yes — and it's mechanical, not policy. If the agent routes to needs_human, no PR is opened and no meter ticks. You can see this in the run detail page on your dashboard.
Can I pay annually?
Annual billing is on the roadmap. Today, plans are monthly via Stripe. If you need annual for procurement reasons before then, email us and we'll cut a manual invoice.
What happens when I hit my spend cap?
The org pauses automatically. New captures and approvals return 429 quota-exceeded with a clear upgrade prompt. You can raise the cap by upgrading the plan, or wait until next cycle. No surprise bills, ever.
What's the bug captures limit for?
Captures are the bug reports your users submit through the in-page overlay. They count separately from resolved PRs so the Free tier doesn't become a ticketing system that never actually uses the AI. Free is sized as a demo (10 captures); paid plans give you real production headroom (200 on Solo, 500 on Pro, 3,000 on Team).
How does the overage meter work?
Each plan has an included pool of resolved PRs per calendar cycle. After the pool, each additional resolved PR costs the overage rate (Solo: $2.50/PR, Pro: $1.50/PR, Team: $1.00/PR — each tier up gets a per-PR discount as you scale). Overage is metered live and capped at your spend ceiling — you can never get a bill above the cap.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Wire / ACH and invoiced net-30 are available for Enterprise.
Can I get a proper invoice for procurement?
Yes — every payment generates a downloadable VAT-compliant invoice in your dashboard. For pre-payment / purchase orders / NetTerms, email us.
How do I cancel?
Self-serve cancellation from your billing page. Your project continues until the end of the current cycle, then pauses. We don't delete your data on cancellation — your run history and capture archive are kept for 90 days in case you come back.
Do you give refunds?
If you cancel inside the first 14 days of your first paid cycle, we'll refund the base fee in full. Mid-cycle downgrades are prorated automatically. Beyond that, we don't refund already-consumed PRs but the spend cap keeps surprises bounded.
